Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their well-established MORRISTOWN company in an on-site capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
- Verify approvals and coding on invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Handle ACH transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot any issues related to ACH processing
Skills:
- 5 years of experience with accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in AS400 highly desired
- Experience with ACH transactions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
